| The Xerox 7241A is a feature rich machine
with an automatic paper cutter and an automatic
document feeder. In addition it also has an
in-built answering machine that can be accessed
and operated from any other phone (Tone phone).
Its flash memory allows voice messages to be
retained even when the power goes off. It also has
a voice prompt feature which tells you the number
of messages received while you were out, an LCD
display, hands free dialling and auto tel/fax
switching which make usage easy and convenient.
The delayed transmission feature enables you to
automatically send messages at times when the long
distance tariffs are lower.
